Moment
Life is the greatest adventure. You may feel that it’s about experiencing the most exhilarating thrills, looking for the perfect sceneries, and finding eternal content with who you are. Adventure is not defined by ‘perfect’ moments, where you absorb the positive effects emanating from a chaotic series of events. The negative vibes that uncontrollably flow through us form part of the adventure, it does not take the adventure away. Life is spending half the time happy, and the other half sad. Only when you accept this, can you truly appreciate that life is the greatest adventure. Negativity promotes weakness to your mindset when you listen to it, which is why you must remember that you have the strength to ignore it.
How many times have you wanted to do something ‘good’ for you, but you felt that it wasn’t the right time, so you told yourself that you’ll “do it tomorrow”, but never did?
Have you ever been offered to take part in a unique experience, but you felt that the timing wasn’t right?
If you can relate to the above questions, you’re not taking advantage of the time you have to do it. Many people feel that the timing to perform a specific task just isn’t right, it’s always somehow better to do it later, because they want to wait for the ‘perfect moment’. There is only a minute amount of time to be proactive before it becomes too late.
Waiting around for the ‘perfect moment’ is like a Physicist working at CERN waiting for a ‘perfect’ collision before publicising results, a world-class gymnast waiting for the ‘perfect’ olympics to achieve a gold medal or an aspiring singer waiting for the ‘perfect time’ to audition.
There is no such thing as a perfect moment. You take your opportunity, and you make your moment perfect. How long are you willing to wait?
Your moment is now.
